Easy Layered Taco Bake

One of the foods I always have in my pantry and fridge is flour tortillas. You are good for so many things. Tortillas can be a variety of snacks for kids (and adults). You can shred them and fry them or bake them. You can make cinnamon chips, quesadillas, and tortilla pizzas. The possibilities are endless and it's easy on your wallet.

This layered taco casserole is an easy and quick weekday meal made with layers of tortillas, ground beef, and salsa con queso.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 bag of taco seasoning
  • water (usually his 3/4 cup) as listed on the back of the spice package
  • 3 (8-inch) flour tortillas (soft taco size)
  • ½ cup salsa con queso
