Ingredients
- 1 pound linguine pasta (or fettuccine spaghetti, etc.)
- 1/2 to 1 1/2 tablespoons red pepper flakes (amount depends on how spicy you like it)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili paste
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 6 tablespoons honey
- green onions, carrots, peanuts, cilantro, sriracha, and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions
- Chop the side dishes and set aside.
- Boil the noodles and drain.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a large skillet and add the red pepper flakes.
- When the oil is hot, strain the pepper flakes and set aside the oil in a bowl. Return the reserved oil to the skillet and add the chili paste. Mix soy sauce and honey.
- Put the noodles in the pot with the sauce.
- It can be served hot, at room temperature, or cold. Top with side dishes and enjoy!
