Ingredients
- 1-1/2 to 2 pounds of ground beef
- 10.5 oz can cream of condensed mushroom soup
- 10.5 oz can of cheddar cream soup
- 3 cups diced frozen potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (set aside)
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Cook ground beef, remove fat, and place in a large mixing bowl. Place the cream of mushroom soup and the cheddar cheese soup in a bowl.
- Place frozen diced potatoes in a bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup chopped cheddar cheese to the bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper and mix everything.
- Pour into a greased 9-inch x 13-inch casserole dish and top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then carefully remove the aluminum foil. Bake for another 30 minutes.
