Instructions

  1. Butter an 11-by-7-inch baking dish. (See note below for pan sizes). In a medium bowl, mix eggs, milk, and vanilla well. set aside.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons of Nutella on 8 slices of bread. Roll the sliced ​​bread into a cigar shape and stuff it with Nutella.
  3. Dip each loaf in the egg mixture and place seam-down in a buttered casserole dish. Continue with the remaining rolls and place them side by side in an enchilada-style casserole dish. Pour the remaining pudding over the bread.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until the cream is absorbed into the bread.
