- 4-5 overripe bananas - 1.5 cups mashed
- 1/2 cup melted salted butter*
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla essence
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup light brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and set it aside.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, bananas, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until blended. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar. When combined, stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon and stir until smooth and uniform.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and only a few moist crumbs are visible when a toothpick or cake tester is inserted into the center of the pan. Cool in a wire rack baking tin for 15 minutes.
- If necessary, use a butter knife to loosen the sides of the bread from the bread.
- Remove bread to a wire rack and cool completely.
