Lunch Lady Brownies

The Ranch Lady Brownie is moist, packed with chocolate flavor and absolutely delicious. It's like having a lunch box for school lunch, but this homemade one is tastier!

The most unbelievably messy brownie. This is the only brownie recipe you'll ever need!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup melted salted butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • chocolate glaze
  • soften 1/4 cup salted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk 2D44 use 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9-by-13-inch baking sheet with foil and spray the foil with nonstick spray. set aside. Add melted butter and cocoa powder to the bowl of an electric stand mixer. Mix smoothly with the paddle attachment.
  2. Add flour and sugar. Beat together, then add eggs and vanilla. Mix only until blended. Do not overmix. (The fabric will thicken.)
  3. Pour batter into a prepared casserole dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until clean with a toothpick stuck in the center. Remove brownies from oven and let stand 15 minutes before frosting. When freezing brownies, you want them to be still warm!
  4. For the chocolate frosting: Mix all frosting ingredients until smooth. Pour over warm brownies. Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
