Cook in a frying pan using frozen corn! Easy to make with 4 ingredients + salt and pepper.
INGREDIENTS
- I use 2 tablespoons of salted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 bag of frozen corn (16 oz)
- 2 ounces cream cheese cut into chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter and honey. Once melted, add frozen corn and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cooked through, 5 to 8 minutes.
- Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately. Leftovers keep well, cover the container and refrigerate.
