Honey Butter Skillet Corn

Honey Butter Skillet Corn is his 15-minute easy side dish with frozen corn, honey, butter, and cream cheese. Very creamy, sweet, and delicious.

Cook in a frying pan using frozen corn! Easy to make with 4 ingredients + salt and pepper.

INGREDIENTS

  • I use 2 tablespoons of salted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 bag of frozen corn (16 oz)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese cut into chunks
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter and honey. Once melted, add frozen corn and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cooked through, 5 to 8 minutes.
  2. Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve immediately. Leftovers keep well, cover the container and refrigerate.
