INGREDIENTS
- 2 thick pork chop bones about 1 inch thick
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- salt and pepper
- chopped fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in an ovenable skillet (I use cast iron) over medium-high heat. Grill the pork chops for 3 minutes on each side. take it out and keep it
- Reduce the heat to the same frying pan, add the butter, garlic, brown sugar, and red pepper, mix well, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Return the pork chops to the skillet and coat them with the sauce.
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 145F.
- Remove pork chops and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve!
