Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, fry the bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet and set aside. Get rid of most of the fat.
  3. Heat the same skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and minced meat to the frying pan and fry until the onion is soft and the meat is tender. Drain excess liquid/fat from the pan. Place the pot back on the stove and reduce the heat to low. Return bacon to pan and season with steak seasoning. Add Velveeta and cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Remove the pot from the stove.
  4. Spread out the pizza dough on the prepared baking sheet. The fabric is roughly 15 x 10 rectangles. Spread the meat mixture evenly over it, leaving 1 inch around the edges. Sprinkle the melted cheese over the meat. Start rolling the pizza dough on the long side and pinch the bottom to close. Bake seam side down for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow bread to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

sauce

  1. Put mayonnaise, ketchup, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Slice the bread to your liking and dip it into the sauce.
