Bacon & Garlic Green Beans, a side dish recipe that’s easy enough to enjoy with weeknight dinners & perfect for Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas dinners too.
This is literally the one side dish that we serve at every single holiday. Mainly because they go great with turkey, ham, meatloaf, pork, fish, casseroles & more.
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh whole green beans can use frozen or 2 cans (14.5 oz each)
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chopped bacon (cooked) or bacon bits
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp dried minced onions
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, add your green beans & fill with water until the green beans are covered.
- Heat over medium & bring to a boil.
- Boil until the green beans are tender – about 5-8 minutes.
- Drain in a colander & transfer back to your saucepan.
